How do gift card recipients receive their Gift Card?
The gift card recipient will receive an email on the delivery date you specify above with the subject line "You just got a Banff Film Festival gift card from [your name]". Their unique gift card code appears in the email.
What can the recipient redeem the Gift Card for?
Available in different values and redeemable for any tour merchandise or virtual viewing passes! The gift cards are not redeemable for theatre tickets.
How long are Gift Card valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How do I redeem a gift card?
To redeem the card, head to the Banff Shop page and finds items to purchase. During payment, select the Redeem a gift card option on the Checkout page (just above the card payment option) and enter the unique gift card code.
What happens if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?
If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost using other payment methods such as debit or credit card.
Can I check the remaining gift card value?
If you wish to check the remaining value on your card please get in touch at mail@banff-uk.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. The recipient has 12 months to spend the value of the gift card.
